Position for a Petsitter in Tampere

I live in Annala near the Annala Sale store. Yoopies says you are close. I would like to be able to travel with some friends this Holiday season, but I'm having trouble finding a way to care for my dog to do so. Here are some things about her:

Age: 12 Years
Weight: 25 kg
Breed: Staffordshire Terrier
Temperament: Sweet and gentle with people she knows. Reactive to people she doesn't know, and most dogs. Loves cats. Needs constant correction while on a leash.

Overall, she's a bit of a handful. In my home country, I had a house with a backyard, so her behavior issues were more of a minor nuisance than a problem. However, we moved here in August and it has been a challenge adapting.

What I need is someone to walk her twice a day for the bathroom, and feed her once a day and refill her water as needed. Additionally, spraying some stuff I have if she pees on the bed.

For socializing, I find the easiest way to get her to warm up to the new person is if the stranger comes with a cat for her to make friends with. The second easiest way is an over-night stay - I have a crate that she can spend the night in if that is an option. The 3rd way is routine exposure.
