Cleaning/Host (Airbnb) Helsinki

We are Airbnb and home owners who would need someone to help manage property and also do home cleaning.

Responsibilities:

Cleaning: Thoroughly clean the property after each guest's departure, including:
Dusting and wiping all surfaces
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens
Changing and laundering bed linens and towels
Restocking essential supplies

Hosting Duties:
Conducting pre-arrival inspections to ensure the property is guest-ready
Reporting any maintenance issues promptly

Requirements:
Prior experience in cleaning and/or property management
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Flexibility to accommodate varying check-in/check-out times
Proficiency in English; Finnish language skills are a plus
